Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PR Cafe ("the Service"), operated by Keno Coco, Am Taubenschlag 5, 41352 Korschenbroich, Germany. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration & Account

You register by signing in with your Discord account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your access credentials or let others use your account.

3. Service Description

PR Cafe is a SaaS platform for building, managing, and sending Discord webhook embeds. Features include an embed builder, auto-translations, partner management, batch sending, scheduling, analytics, and a discover marketplace.

4. Pricing & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR via Stripe. Prices are displayed on the website and during checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious content
• Resell access to the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Korschenbroich, Germany.
